Our Pinot Noir, made from premium grapes sourced along California's Central
and North Coast, is a beautifully balanced and refined wine. Light oak aging
enhances its bright red fruit character, with cherry, raspberry, and cranberry
coming forward alongside hints of delicate florals. Subtle notes of baking spice
and vanilla add warmth and depth. Silky yet structured, its fine tannins and
vibrant acidity create a smooth, layered mouthfeel, leading to a lingering finish
with a touch of warm spice.

Fermented in traditional redwood tanks and aged six months in American oak, the blend keeps its vibrant fruit while gaining soft tannins and warm spice — classic craftsmanship with a fresh, youthful feel.
