CHARDONNAY
Our Chardonnay is made from a blend of grapes grown along California’s Central and North Coasts, delivering a refined, raw-bar-styled experience. Inspired by the elegance of Chablis, this Chardonnay is bright and citrus-driven, with a third of the grapes aged on oak before being blended back to create a wine that is exceptionally fresh and balanced. The result is a crisp, invigorating Chardonnay with a lively, refreshing finish.

Fermented in traditional redwood tanks and aged six months in American oak, the blend keeps its vibrant fruit while gaining soft tannins and warm spice — classic craftsmanship with a fresh, youthful feel.
