From our sustainably certified STELLA vineyards in Sonoma and Lodi, farmed with cover crops, composting, natural pest control, and precision irrigation for balanced, concentrated fruit grown in healthy soils.

Cool coastal mornings and warm inland afternoons delivered fruit with freshness, color, and balance. Mendocino added bright aromatics; Lodi contributed lush texture — a standout vintage for Rosé.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Yellowtail Jalapeño Crudo pairs beautifully, with the wine’s citrus and red fruit matching the dish’s heat and silky texture, while crisp acidity keeps the palate refreshed.
